About me

My name is Marian and I am 17 years old. I live with my Dad and my sister in some remote part of Ireland.  I set up this blog a few years ago intending to only review books but it turns out I have quite a few more hobbies. Apart from my love of reading I like to bake, knit, draw, scrapbook, paint my nails, play piano, attempt playing the guitar, write stories, watch Grey's Anatomy, take photographs, decorate my room, browse through weheartit and pinterest, listen to music, play sims and decorate my tree house. I am a complete Potterhead (my house is Ravenclaw, what's yours?) and Nerdfighter.
My favourite bands include Imagine Dragons, Mumford and Sons, The Coronas, Hermitage Green, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Kodaline, the Beatles, Ed Sheeran and Lana Del Rey (yeah, the last two aren't really bands but ayra...)
I have five cats, each with their own distinct personality. I'd love a dog but we're not allowed... *cue the sympathy chocolates*
I have an incredibly long bucket list, from getting a tattoo to bungee jumping in Australia. I like to blog about inspiring books, scrumptious recipes, quirky crafts and a few random posts in between.
